Personalised curriculum	Real world connection
The school develops a learning environment in which each student’s needs are well known by teachers. Learning plans are developed with students and care-givers to reflect these needs. Students are supported to identify their learning needs and styles, and to discover and learn through their interests and passions.	Parents are partners in their child’s learning. Students regularly demonstrate accountability for their progress to parents, teachers & their peers through public exhibitions. Opportunities are provided for students to apply their learning beyond the school. Students are encouraged to use their learning to make a community contribution.
